CAREER, EXECUTIVE, AND SMALL BUSINESS COACHING
Career, executive, personal development, and small business coaching can provide clarity and guidance in defining objectives, developing action plans, unlocking personal and business potential, and improving managerial skills. This type of coaching is helpful for those preparing for: a career or role change; managing conflict, change or crisis in their position or organization; seeking to enhance personal or business performance; or improve their leadership skills.
Retirement is a major, life-changing event that can cause not just financial anxiety, but also mental, social, and physical stress. Retirement coaching assists those preparing for retirement, or those who are newly retired, in developing a plan for life after work. A coach can support clients in identifying opportunities with their newfound personal freedom, developing a plan to stay mentally, socially and physically active, and adjusting to this new chapter of life.
Sessions can be booked as single sessions or three-session packages. Single sessions are 1 hour and are available in person at our Calgary location or online. The three-session package includes three, 1 hour sessions that take place online or in person. The package is designed as a three step process in which the life coach will support in exploration and defining the topic of concern, determining a desired outcome, and formulating a plan to move forward.
The Financial Empowerment course is designed to offer practical and detailed tools and tips on budgeting, managing expenses, credit and debt management. The practical material is balanced out by personalized coaching sessions on the psychological and behavioral aspects of money management. The course aims to reduce financial stress by developing your understanding of personal financial management and teaches you the skills to manage money more effectively.
Included in the course are four sessions that take place online or in person. During the sessions, the life coach will guide you in determining your spending habits, identifying your income and expenses, creating strategies for saving money, setting goals, developing a budget, and formulating an action plan for continued success. The course also includes four complimentary email communications.
The course covers a range of material and requires a minimum of four sessions. Additional single sessions can be booked for those who wish to explore certain topics in more detail.
